# Auto Reply (Marketing email)

If you'd like to request a recording directly from your **HubSpot Marketing** emails - for example, in an auto-reply you send when a ticket is received - you can easily embed a Birdie request link; as show below:&#x20;

1. In **Birdie**, go to [**Settings > Integrations**](https://app.birdie.so/settings/helpdesk)
2. Locate the "**Hubspot Marketing Email**" request link and copy it
