# Human Request via snippet

Birdie makes it easy to request screen recordings from customers in HubSpot using **Snippets**. Here’s how to set it up in just a few clicks:

1. **Create a Snippet**: In **HubSpot Settings**, search for **Snippets**, then create a new one (e.g., *Request Screen Recording*) and assign a shortcut (e.g., `Birdie`).
2. **Copy Your Request Link**: Open [**Birdie Settings**](https://app.birdie.so/settings/helpdesk), find your Birdie **Request Link for Hubspot Snippets**, and copy it.
3. **Paste the Request Link**: Write a short message. Highlight the part you want to hyperlink (like “*click here to record your screen*”), click the link icon, and paste your Birdie Request Link.
