Add Birdie to Hubspot

Install Birdie on HubSpot

Go to your Birdie workspace settings, open the Helpdesk Integrations section, find HubSpot, and click Connect.

Add Birdie to your HubSpot sidebar

By default, Birdie doesn’t appear in the HubSpot sidebar. To make it visible:

1. Open your HubSpot Settings

2. Navigate to Integrations > Connected Apps > Birdie

3. Click on App cards tab

4. In the CRM and/or Service Cards click Manage locations and enable Birdie in your views. Save, done.
