Add Birdie to Hubspot
Go to your Birdie workspace settings, open the Helpdesk Integrations section, find HubSpot, and click Connect.
By default, Birdie doesn’t appear in the HubSpot sidebar. To make it visible:
Open your HubSpot Settings
Navigate to Integrations > Connected Apps > Birdie
Click on App cards tab
In the CRM and/or Service Cards click Manage locations and enable Birdie in your views. Save, done.
