### Install Birdie on HubSpot&#x20;

Go to your [**Birdie workspace settings**](https://app.birdie.so/settings/helpdesk), open the **Helpdesk Integrations** section, find **HubSpot**, and click <mark style="color:green;">**Connect**</mark>.

### Add Birdie to your HubSpot sidebar

By default, Birdie doesn’t appear in the HubSpot sidebar. To make it visible:&#x20;

1. Open your **HubSpot Settings**
2. Navigate to **Integrations > Connected Apps > Birdie**
3. Click on **App cards** tab
4. In the CRM and/or Service Cards click **Manage locations** and **enable Birdie** in your views. Save, done.
