Create a Macro in Intercom
In Intercom, go to Macros.
Create a new macro or edit an existing one.
Add your desired message in the response body. Wording is important so when agents manually send a screen recording request using Birdie via Intercom, wording plays a big role in conversion. Here’s a message that works great, which you can also save as an Intercom macro:

When using the macro during a conversation, your team can generate the Birdie request button directly:
From the Birdie sidebar inside Intercom.
Or from the Birdie editor, depending on your setup.
