# Installation

Go to [settings -> helpdesk](https://app.birdie.so/settings/helpdesk#happyfox), and click on <mark style="color:green;">`connect`</mark> Happyfox.

Then you will be prompted to enter 3 informations (see screenshot below):&#x20;

Your Happyfox URL, for example *<mark style="color:orange;"><https://acme.happyfox.com></mark>*  \
And 2 informations you will find into Happyfox main menu > Apps > Goodies > API: an API Key and the Auth Code that comes with this API Key.&#x20;

Once saved you should see something like this into Birdie: note the recording link, you can not Copy it to paste it at next step into a Canned Action ==> See [the next page about Screen Recording](/birdie-docs/helpdesk/others/happyfox/flows/human-request.md)
