# Human-Initiated Requests (via sidebar)

Request screen recordings from customers in Pylon sidebar

#### Request a recording from the Pylon sidebar

1. Open the Birdie app in the Pylon sidebar
2. Click **Request a Recording**
3. Copy the recording link that is generated
4. Paste the link into the Pylon composer and send it to the customer
