Request screen recordings from customers in Pylon sidebar

Request a recording from the Pylon sidebar

1. Open the Birdie app in the Pylon sidebar

2. Click Request a Recording

3. Copy the recording link that is generated

4. Paste the link into the Pylon composer and send it to the customer
