Before setting up the Ticket Form flow, make sure Birdie is properly installed in Salesforce.
Adding Birdie to your Customer Portal enables customers to record their screen and attached the video directly from the customer portal.
How to set it up
Open your Customer Poral Builder in Salesforce.
Drag and drop the Birdie Lightning Web Component (LWC) onto the customer portal.
(Optional) Customize the component labels:
- Start button label
- Opened button label
- Confirmation label
- Top label
- Bottom label
