To offer your customers an easy way to record a video when needed, consider adding Birdie to your Zendesk agents' signature:
Zendesk does not allow the identification of ticket context in signatures, which means Birdie won't be able to post directly into the ticket. As a result, your customer will be asked to copy their recording link and send it to you manually. Here's a screenshot of what they will see (branded with your company name, of course):
