# Zendesk Widget (Classic)

**Requirements:**

* [Birdie Zendesk app](https://www.zendesk.com/marketplace/apps/support/452045/screen-recording-by-zest/) is already installed on your Zendesk. 
* Needs to be done by a developer (3 min)

This is in case you want to enable customers to submit tickets with screen recordings directly from your Zendesk widget on your web app (in chat or form mode).
