Restrict recordings to specific teammates

Some recordings should not be open to everyone in your workspace. Put them in a private folder and only the people you add can open them.

This controls access inside your team. To control whether people outside your workspace can open a recording, see Recordings Privacy Settings.

1. Create a private folder

Create a folder, set it to private, and add only the people who should be able to open these recordings. See Private folders.

2. Get the recordings into it

Move them in by hand from your library, or create a routing rule for folders that sends matching recordings there automatically.
