# Intercom Messenger

Allow your customers to record videos from Intercom Messenger.

#### Setting up 

To add Birdie to your Messenger, go to the Messenger tab in your Intercom dashboard. Then, click on Add apps to your Messenger. 

After that, click on Add an app (3) and select Birdie from the dropdown menu. You need to do this for both Visitors (1) and Users (2).

**Notifications**

Recordings will be automatically sent to your Intercom inbox.
