### Forward incoming recordings to Intercom&#x20;

If customers record videos via a Birdie Standalone Link or Birdie Web SDK, you might want them to land in your Intercom

### Let customers send a recording of their issue before talking to an agent

Enable this feature only if you don’t use Intercom Operator. \

If you don't use Intercom Bot or prefer another solution, Birdie can handle it for you automatically:

1. Go to settings -> Helpdesk -> Intercom&#x20;
2. Enable the option **Ask for a recording when a user starts a chat**.
3. Customize the text if needed
