# Two-factor authentication

To turn on two-factor authentication:

1. Click on **personal settings** in the sidebar.
2. Click on **enable two-factor authentication**.
3. Save your backup codes somewhere safe.
4. Download the Authy app from Twilio by scanning the QR code.
5. Verify it.
