How to install Birdie on Freshchat

1. Install Birdie from Freshchat Marketplace →

2. Enter your Freshchat account subdomain in the first field and your API Key in the second field.

   
3. You can find your API keys in your Profile Settings:

   

   

   💡 If there is no token showing here yet, just hit the top-right button "Generate Token".
4. To link the Birdie app to your Birdie account, click on Connect through one of the Birdie app locations available.

   
5. If Birdie asks for your email address:

   • if you don't have a Birdie account yet, use your professional email address,

   • if you already have a Birdie account, use the same email address.
