How to install Birdie on Freshdesk

1. Install Birdie from Freshdesk Marketplace →

2. Enter your Freshdesk account subdomain in the first field and your API Key in the second field.

   
3. You can find your API keys in your Profile Settings:

   
4. To link the Birdie app to your Birdie account, click on Connect through one of the Birdie app locations available.

   
5. If Birdie asks for your email address:

   • if you don't have a Birdie account yet, use your professional email address,

   • if you already have a Birdie account, use the same email address.
