Add Birdie to your Intercom Operator
Build efficient flows by adding Birdie to your Intercom Operator
For example, if a customer has a technical issue, then Birdie will ask them to provide a recording.
Go to the Operator tab in the Intercom dashboard.
Create a new custom bot based on the workflow you want.
Add an action button (1) that links to the app you want to send. You can trigger this action with any other operator trigger.
Select Birdie from the dropdown menu (2).
After being recorded, Birdie will either start a new conversation or update an existing one.
