Connect the Birdie app to your Birdie workspace:
Once installed, open the Birdie app from the Zendesk sidebar. You’ll be prompted to connect it to your Birdie workspace
If you already have a Birdie workspace, use the same email address associated with that workspace.
If you don’t have a Birdie workspace yet, use your professional email address (ideally the one you use for Zendesk) — we’ll create one for you automatically.
