Once installed, open the Birdie app from the Zendesk sidebar. You’ll be prompted to connect it to your Birdie workspace

* If you already have a Birdie workspace, use the **same email address** associated with that workspace.
* If you don’t have a Birdie workspace yet, use your **professional email address** (ideally the one you use for Zendesk) — we’ll create one for you automatically.

*(Note: If you're already logged into your Birdie workspace, step 2 might be skipped)*
