How to install Birdie on Zendesk

Requirement: You need to be a Zendesk admin

  1. Install Birdie from Zendesk Marketplace →

  2. Once installed, Connect Birdie app to your Birdie workspace:

    • if you don't have a Birdie account yet, use your professional email

    • if you already have a Birdie account, use the same email address.

    (Note: If logged into Birdie workspace, skip step 2)

By default, all teammates who have a Zendesk seat will see the Birdie app in their Zendesk instance. If you wish to apply specific restrictions, visit your Zendesk admin center and follow these steps:
