How to install Birdie on Zendesk

Requirement: You need to be a Zendesk admin

Here is the installation walkthrough:

Install Birdie app on Zendesk from Zendesk Marketplace →

Connect the Birdie app to your Birdie workspace: Once installed, open the Birdie app from the Zendesk sidebar. You’ll be prompted to connect it to your Birdie workspace

  • If you already have a Birdie workspace, use the same email address associated with that workspace.

  • If you don’t have a Birdie workspace yet, use your professional email address (ideally the one you use for Zendesk) — we’ll create one for you automatically.

(Note: If you're already logged into your Birdie workspace, step 2 might be skipped)

How to enable role / group restrictions?

By default, all teammates who have a Zendesk seat will see the Birdie app in their Zendesk instance. If you wish to apply specific restrictions, visit your Zendesk admin center and follow these steps:

Just allow the following IPs: 18.189.92.93 and 3.20.198.186
