Installation
Get ready to capture and share everything needed to resolve issues—whether you’re guiding customers or reporting bugs internally:
Install Birdie Chrome Extension
Allow audio and screen permissions
When you click Start Recording for the first time, Chrome will prompt you to allow audio access. We recommend selecting “Always allow” (also called “Allow while visiting this site” depending on your Chrome version) to avoid being asked again for future recordings.
For screen recording permissions:
If you're recording the entire screen, you'll be prompted on a per-recording basis.
If you're recording the current tab, no additional permissions are needed.
