How to install Birdie on Intercom
Requirement: You need to be an Intercom admin
Install Birdie from Intercom Marketplace β
Once installed,
ConnectBirdie app to your Birdie workspace:if you don't have a Birdie account yet, use your professional email
if you already have a Birdie account, use the same email address.
(Note: If logged into Birdie workspace, skip step 2)

Add Birdie to your sidebar
Be sure to add Birdie to your sidebar. To do so, go to your Intercom inbox β select "edit app," β pin Birdie.

What happens if IP restrictions are enabled?
Just allow the following IPs: 18.189.92.93 and 3.20.198.186
Why does Birdie override my background color with the Intercom background color?
If you are using Birdie with Intercom, Birdie will override the background color with the Intercom background color to ensure a seamless integration. This way, customers will feel that Birdie is a natural part of the Intercom flow.
