How to install Birdie on Intercom

Requirement: You need to be an Intercom admin

  1. Install Birdie from Intercom Marketplace →

  2. Once installed, Connect Birdie app to your Birdie workspace:

    • if you don't have a Birdie account yet, use your professional email

    • if you already have a Birdie account, use the same email address.

    (Note: If logged into Birdie workspace, skip step 2)
