To have incoming recordings land in your Intercom, go to .

Automatically request a recording when a conversation starts

If your Intercom plan doesn't include Intercom Workflows, Birdie can handle it for you automatically:

  1. Go to settings -> Helpdesk -> Intercom

  2. Enable the option Ask for a recording when a user starts a conversation.

  3. Customize the text if needed

Enable this feature only if you don’t use Intercom Workflows. If you do use Intercom Workflows, .
