How to install Birdie on Freshdesk

  1. Install Birdie from Freshdesk Marketplace →

  2. Enter your Freshdesk account subdomain in the first field and your API Key in the second field:

  3. You can find your API keys in your Profile Settings:

  4. Once installed, Connect the Birdie app to your Birdie workspace by clicking on one of the available Birdie app locations. - if you don't have a Birdie account yet, use your professional email - if you already have a Birdie account, use the same email address. (Note: If already logged into Birdie workspace, skip step 4)

What happens if IP restrictions are enabled?

Just allow the following IP: 18.189.92.93
