How to install Birdie on Freshdesk
Requirement: You need to be a Freshdesk admin
Birdie works with Freshdesk Pro and Enterprises plans. If you want to use Freshdesk with the Freshdesk Growth plan, please contact us first.

Install Birdie from Freshdesk Marketplace →
Enter your Freshdesk account subdomain in the first field and your API Key in the second field:
You can find your API keys in your Profile Settings:
Once installed,
Connectthe Birdie app to your Birdie workspace by clicking on one of the available Birdie app locations. - if you don't have a Birdie account yet, use your professional email - if you already have a Birdie account, use the same email address. (Note: If already logged into Birdie workspace, skip step 4)
