# Installation

1. Install Birdie from [Freshdesk Marketplace →](https://www.freshworks.com/apps/freshdesk/screen_recording_by_zest_1/)
2. Enter your Freshdesk account subdomain in the first field and your API Key in the second field:<br>

3. You can find your API keys in your Profile Settings:<br>

4. Once installed, <mark style="color:green;">`Connect`</mark> the Birdie app to your Birdie workspace by clicking on one of the available Birdie app locations.\

   \- if you **don't** have a Birdie account yet, use your professional email\
   \- if you **already** have a Birdie account, use the same email address. \
