## Canned Actions

You will be able to generate Recording request links with a Canned Action. In Happyfox go to your main menu into Canned Actions, then add a new Canned Action and paste the Birdie link you got [at the installation step](https://docs.birdie.so/birdie-docs/helpdesk/others/happyfox/installation).&#x20;

Once done, you will be able to request a recording from any ticket by inserting the corresponding Canned Action&#x20;
