If your helpdesk doesn’t have a native Birdie integration, you can still add Birdie to your Ticket Form in two ways:
Using the Birdie Web SDK (Recommended) – Ideal if your Ticket Form allows JavaScript customization.
Using the Birdie Request Link – A simple option if JavaScript customization isn't possible.
If your helpdesk allows you to add or customize JavaScript on the Ticket Form, we recommend using the Birdie Web SDK. This method lets you fully control how Birdie appears and behaves within your form:
For inspiration, here are some examples of Birdie being added to ActiveCampaign Ticket Forms using the Web SDK: View Examples.
If you can’t customize JavaScript or don’t have developer access, you can still add Birdie by including a recording request link in your Ticket Form. Take a look at the video:
You'll find your request link in your Birdie Helpdesk Settings
The video below demonstrates how to do this using a HubSpot Ticket Form. While each helpdesk has its own setup, the idea remains the same—position the Request link clearly and provide a space for customers to submit their video.
