How to collect console logs alongside CoBrowsing sessions
Accessing your customer's console logs can be very handy in case of complex troubleshooting, such as when you cannot replicate the issue in your own environment.
Birdie prevents your team from having to ask customers to open their console logs.
To enable console logs, go to settings -> cobrowsing.
