Request screen recordings from your customers through Happyfox.

Canned Actions

You will be able to generate Recording request links with a Canned Action. In Happyfox go to your main menu into Canned Actions, then add a new Canned Action and paste the Birdie link you got at the installation step.

Once done, you will be able to request a recording from any ticket by inserting the corresponding Canned Action
