What does the flow look like on the customer's side?
  1. The customer will record the issue using Birdie

  1. If the customer creates a new issue, they need to copy and paste the link of the recording in the description field.

  1. If the issue is already created, the customer can either copy and paste the link of the recording in the description field or directly post the recording.
