Add Birdie to Hubspot

Install Birdie on HubSpot
Go to your Birdie workspace settings, open the Helpdesk Integrations section, find HubSpot, and click Connect.

Add Birdie to your HubSpot sidebar
By default, Birdie doesn’t appear in the HubSpot sidebar. To make it visible:
Open your HubSpot Settings
Navigate to Tools > Inbox & Help Desk > Help Desk
Open the Sidebar Customization section
Select the view where you want to add Birdie
Click Add Cards
Find and enable Birdie
