Add Birdie to your Intercom Operator

Build efficient flows by adding Birdie to your Intercom Workflows

Be creative. For instance, if user face a technical issue, then request a screen recording

Setting up

  1. Go to the Automation tab in the Intercom dashboard, then select Workflows

  2. Once on the desired workflow, click on Add content to path and select send an app

  3. Select Birdie app and customize the message.


After being recorded, Birdie will either start a new conversation or update an existing one.
