How to install Birdie on Happyfox

Go to settings -> helpdesk, and click on connect Happyfox.

Then you will be prompted to enter 3 informations (see screenshot below):

Your Happyfox URL, for example https://acme.happyfox.com And 2 informations you will find into Happyfox main menu > Apps > Goodies > API: an API Key and the Auth Code that comes with this API Key.

Once saved you should see something like this into Birdie: note the recording link, you can not Copy it to paste it at next step into a Canned Action ==> See the next page about Screen Recording
