Cobrowsing - Overview

View and interact with your customers' screen in real time.

Requirement: Birdie snippet has to be installed

Here are the main actions available:

💡 You can CoBrowse with or without a call, depending on whether you're supporting the customer via phone call or live chat.

Start a CoBrowsing session

  1. From your CoBrowsing dashboard, search for the customer either by name or email.

💡 if needed, you can also search by 4-digit code.

  1. When you have identified the user you want to connect with, click on Start

  1. The customer will receive an invitation to accept or deny the co-browsing session on their screen.

Your customers don't need to install or download anything

Directly from your Helpdesk

When you click on Start a CoBrowsing session from the Birdie app within your helpdesk, the customer's email or ID will be automatically populated into the search bar.
