How to install Birdie on Helpscout

Step 1: Go to settings -> helpdesk, and click on connect HelpScout.

Step 2: Navigate to the Create Custom App page in Helpscout, then click on Create App.

Step 3: Paste the Callback URL to the Birdie App URL:

Step 4: Paste your Secret Key (you'll find it on settings -> helpdesk)

Step 5: Select the Mailboxes in which you want to use Birdie, and Save.

Step 6: Once installed, Sign in to your Birdie workspace from the Birdie app. Make sure to use your professional email.
