With call vs. without call

Do you want to use Birdie to speak with your customer while co-browsing?

Before initiating the co-browsing session, select whether to include a video call:

There is no right choice. It mainly depends on the support channel, and your use case:

  • If you're already talking on the phone with a customer, start a cobrowsing session without call.

  • If you are providing support through live chat, you may want to initiate a cobrowsing session with a call to be able to speak with the customer.

Go to settings -> cobrowsing if you want to enable a specific option.
