Let your customer record their screen straight from your Intercom Messenger Home:
Installation
To include Birdie in your Intercom Messenger, follow these steps:
Go to your Messenger settings.
In the "Customize Home with apps" section, select "Add an app" and choose Birdie from the dropdown menu.
Repeat this process for both Visitors and Users.
Recordings will be automatically delivered to your Intercom inbox.
