Scroll, click, and type on your customer's screen

Reminder: CoBrowsing is limited to your product only, which makes it safe for your customers. However, please note that you will not be able to scroll through an Excel sheet during the session.

By activating the Control button, Birdie allows you to perform the following actions on behalf of your customer:

• Scroll

• Click

• Type

If you want to enable/disable this feature, go to settings -> cobrowsing.
