Forward incoming recordings to Intercom

This is only in case customers record videos via a Birdie Standalone Link or Birdie Web SDK.

To have incoming recordings land in your Intercom, go to settings -> helpdesk.

Automatically request a recording when a conversation starts

Enable this feature only if you don’t use Intercom Workflows. If you do use Intercom Workflows, please follow these instructions.

If your Intercom plan doesn't include Intercom Workflows, Birdie can handle it for you automatically:

  1. Go to settings -> Helpdesk -> Intercom

  2. Enable the option Ask for a recording when a user starts a conversation.

  3. Customize the text if needed
