This is only in case customers record videos via a Birdie Standalone Link or Birdie Web SDK.
To have incoming recordings land in your Intercom, go to settings -> helpdesk.
Enable this feature only if you donβt use Intercom Workflows. If you do use Intercom Workflows, please follow these instructions.
If your Intercom plan doesn't include Intercom Workflows, Birdie can handle it for you automatically:
Go to settings -> Helpdesk -> Intercom
Enable the option Ask for a recording when a user starts a conversation.
