Search by 4-digit code

An alternative way to initiate a CoBrowsing session

Handy when supporting anonymous customers or can't find them in the CoBrowsing search bar.

Ask the user to click the Equals (“=“) key three times on your web app.

This will display a unique 4-digit code on their screen. Ask them to read it aloud and then type it into the search bar.
