Birdie will automatically tag conversations with Birdie, whether agents have requested the recording or sent the recording.

Birdie cannot automatically tag tickets when a video has been recorded from a Freshdesk poral. You’ll need to use Freshdek triggers as a workaround:

  1. Go to Freshdek settings and select Automations

  2. Select Ticket Creation and create a New rule:

  3. Then, for the tickets whose description contains, add a tag called birdie.

  4. Your tags will now be automatically created. ✅
