Observe Mode

Take a sneak peek with Birdie.

This feature is always disabled by default. Please ensure that it complies with your company's privacy rules before enabling it.

With Birdie's observe mode, you can watch your customer's screen live before starting a CoBrowsing session without needing their permission.

However, under Observe mode, you won't be able to draw on or take control of your customer's screen. Similarly, the customer won't be notified that you are watching their screen.
