How to add Birdie to your Zendesk widget on your web app

Requirements:

• Birdie Zendesk app is already installed on your Zendesk.

• Needs to be done by a developer (3 min)

This is in case you want to enable customers to submit tickets with screen recordings directly from your Zendesk widget on your web app (in chat or form mode).

Add the code snippet to your web app👾 You can find the snippet to paste in your Settings.
